1. From Mitchell Street to Ramsay Street: This section of East High Street spans approximately 55.44 metres.

2. From Ramsay Street to Leadenflower Street: Covering a stretch of about 57.67 metres on East High Street.

The order does not apply to emergency service vehicles (fire brigade, ambulance, police, and coastguard) or vehicles directly involved in the roadworks.
