1. Name and Commencement:

   • The order is titled "Gorchymyn Cefnffordd yr A470 (Talerddig i Gomins-coch, Powys) (Gwahardd Cerbydau Dros Dro) 2025".
   • It comes into effect on 12th June 2025.

2. Definitions:

   • Exempted Vehicle: Vehicles used by emergency services or those directly involved in the works.
   • Works Period: Begins at 7:00 PM on 12th June 2025 and ends when temporary traffic signs are permanently removed.
   • The Trunk Road: Refers to the A470 from Caersws to Machynlleth.

3. Restrictions:

   • During the works period, no vehicles except exempted ones can travel on specified sections of the road.
   • Vehicles measuring 14' 6" or more are restricted from certain parts of the road, detailed in Schedules 1 and 2 of the order.

4. Applicability:
