• Exemptions: Not all vehicles will be subject to this speed limit. Exemptions include certain special forces vehicles and those used in coastguard emergencies.

• Revoking Old Rules: This order also revokes the previous speed regulations set in the 2003 Order for the same road section, marking a shift in traffic management strategy for Wick.
